Another long weekend, another Smart camping trip! This time we packed up the camper and headed to the coast. Sheringa beach is just over 100kms northwest of Port Lincoln SA and is a popular spot for camping and tourists. We arrived on friday night and were lucky enough to have beautiful warm sunny days for the whole weekend.
We took our three kids and two dogs, although poor Raz had been desexed last week and had to spend the majority of the weekend wearing the cone of shame and sleeping by the fire.
The fishing wasn't spectacular (we only caught one!) but we sure had fun sand boarding on the huge sandhills just beyond the shore, collecting driftwood and coral, henna tattoos, and trying to beat dad at bocce. Would totally recommend this spot for family holidays.
